The table base is sturdy and substantial, and the chairs fit neatly under the table while still making a strong design statement—they do sit slightly low, which I personally like. I also purchased a sofa and am very happy with the quality. It’s extremely well built with a solid steel frame, the fabric and color are exactly as expected, and it strikes a great balance between comfort and support—comfortable yet firm. When all three seats are extended, it opens up to a full-size bed and feels surprisingly spacious and substantial. Shipping was the only downside. The first delivery included the wrong chairs, and the second shipment arrived with one chair damaged. That said, customer service was responsive, professional, and ultimately made it right. They coordinated all pickups, provided replacements, and even sent an extra chair as a goodwill gesture. Overall, the product quality and design are excellent. While there were some logistical hiccups, the customer service experience resolved them well and reinforced my confidence in the brand.
