I am very happy with this table. The table is very sturdy and strong. The sintered stone top has very good quality and the pattern looks beautiful and elegant. The metal base is also solid and stable. The whole table looks modern and expensive. It was a great purchase and I highly recommend it.

I recently purchased a this table set from povision and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The craftsmanship is outstanding, solid, sturdy, and beautifully finished. The quality of this table exceeded my expectations. It feels durable and well made yet elegant enough to elevate the space and became the centerpiece of our dining area. Elegant, modern, and functional—great centerpiece for a dining area

Very disappointing experience with POVISON. We waited approximately 5.5 weeks for our dining table to arrive, only to receive it with a visible defect. I paid the full price of $1,732 for this table, so I expected much better quality control and customer service. After I contacted POVISON about the defect, they offered me two options: a 10% discount if I kept the defective table, or replacement of the top portion of the table, which would require waiting another 4–5 weeks. In my opinion, a 10% discount is simply too small considering that I paid the full $1,732 for a brand-new table and received a defective product after already waiting 5.5 weeks. I asked them to consider a 25% partial refund as a fair resolution since I was willing to keep the table despite the defect and avoid the inconvenience of a replacement. Unfortunately, after that, they stopped responding altogether. The table itself could have been a beautiful piece, but the experience has been overshadowed by the defect and, most importantly, the lack of adequate customer service afterward. When a customer pays a full price for a new table, receives it defective, and is willing to compromise rather than demand a full replacement, I believe the company should make a meaningful effort to resolve the issue. I am still waiting for POVISON to respond and offer a reasonable resolution. The delivery time was very long — I waited approximately 5.5 weeks for my order to arrive. The delivery team itself was great. They were nice, friendly, and professional, and I had no issues with the actual delivery service.
