We love our new Provison sofas. We were thrilled that it is a true low profile design yet does not lack anything in the comfort department. The seats are firm yet, comfortable and not too deep. We love the adjustable headrest.. It is easy to click forward and back.. I was nervous about what color it would actually come, but the pictures are true to what they show. The couch is a very neutral bone color and could work with virtually any color scheme. The sofas were extremely well packed to prevent any damage in shipping. The shipping company was fantastic! They kept us informed every step of the way and were very courteous and kind on delivery day. I did not pay for white glove delivery and they still set the boxes inside my Living room. It was quick and easy to put together.

The product is definitely of great quality, easy to assemble and truly changed our living room. Though I had a few minor things to deal with, the team was super responsive and addressed every single item to the T. Fantastic experience and love my new couch with recliners .
